If you are worried about understanding Japanese, you can choose a tutor who speaks Chinese or English and ask them to explain in a language you are comfortable with.

Only one account is needed for both students. Use it to pay and receive lesson notifications. For online lessons, you can each join from your own device or share one device.

Yes! You can book two or more consecutive lessons with the same tutor. We normally take a 10-minute break after every 50 minutes of learning, but you can discuss a different break schedule with your tutor.

Yes! We recommend headphones with a microphone if needed for clearer audio. You can print your materials in advance or open them directly on your phone. If you want to view the materials, see your tutor, and use the chat at the same time, a tablet or computer with a larger screen will be easier to use.

Yes! You can share an account with family members, including your child or partner. When booking, please state who will take the lesson in the notes so the tutor knows whom to expect. If the lesson is for a child, please also include their age so the tutor can prepare suitable activities.
